1973, Georgia Home Inspection Corp. is the oldest home inspection
company in Georgia. Our engineers service the entire state,
focusing on the Atlanta metropolitan area (Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb,
Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, and Rockdale
counties).
All our inspections are performed by Professional Engineers. We
are commited to our clients from beginning to end. We encourage your
presence and participation at your inspection. While other firms
use a “checklist” format, Georgia Home Inspection Corp.’s reports are
in a detailed, narrative format, specific to your inspection; each area
is detailed, walking you through the house from exterior to interior,
from attic to basement. A summary page emphasizes the major items
noted in the report.
